Thanks to its modern color design, Globe 5000 is easily identifiable, and it is highly abrasion-resistant and easy to splice. Its special construction prevents any undesirable displacement between core and sheathing. Small diameters permit the use of Globe 5000 also on dinghies or small-sized keel boats.  

Technical Data

The woven 32-plait sheathing of Globe 5000 rests on a soft intermediate polyester cover made of staple fibers. This intermediate cover creates the best possible connection between the sheathing and the high-strength Dyneema^® SK75 core. Slipping of the core within the sheathing is more than 5 times lower than in conventional designs.
